Thugs are attacking city bicyclists, according to a report late today in the Sun, which details the latest bike-jacking, at North Charles and 20^th streets Wednesday night. Most of the incidents (this is the third in the past three months) occur on the evening commute, between 5:30 pm and 11:30 pm, the story says, quoting city bike czar Nate Evans.

Another incident — a bunch of kids who heaved rocks at a cyclist on Falls Road Tuesday, just north of the Baltimore Trolley Museum — is also described in the Sun today, in a column by Dan Rodricks.
