Arrest made in case of Baltimore detective killed over a parking space dispute
Police say Sian James, 25, fatally struck Detective Brian Stevenson in the head with a piece of concrete during an argument Saturday in Canton over a parking space, according to The Baltimore Sun.
Sian, of Southwest Baltimore, was charged with first-degree murder.
Stevenson, who was 37, is the first city officer to die at the hands of another since Jan. 9, 2007, when Troy Lamont Chesley Sr. was killed during a robbery while he was off duty, the Sun said.
