“We’ve made so much progress,” says Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, talking about her priorities and vision for Baltimore city schools.

“Better schools” – 1.23-minute video clip produced by her campaign staff – is the first of a promised series of web ads where Rawlings-Blake will talk about her policies and vision for Baltimore.

Avoiding comment on the recent test score scandal in the city schools, the mayor says, “Our test scores are up. Our graduation rates are up. Our dropout rates are falling. And enrollment is up three years in a row.”
